Terms of use

Draft, pending legal review. This page will be finalised before Notedly takes payments.

What Notedly is. A tool that helps parents in England organise an EHC plan case: it records events, computes statutory deadlines from published regulations, checks documents against published guidance, and drafts letters for you to edit and send. It is information and drafting support. It is not legal advice, and using it does not create a solicitor–client or adviser relationship.

Your responsibility. You decide what to send and when. Check every date against the source shown and every letter before it goes. Where a deadline matters, confirm it with the council's letter or the Tribunal's registration letter, which take precedence over any computed date.

AI output. Checks, letters and answers are produced by an AI model working from the law and your documents. Every output shows its sources or is marked unsourced. Unsourced output should be treated as general information only.

Subscriptions. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled from your billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices include VAT.

Acceptable use. One case per child, for your own family or people you are helping with their knowledge. No uploading of documents you have no right to hold.

Liability. Notedly is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on computed dates or AI output without independent checking. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
