How Notedly works
Record what happened. See every deadline. Check the plan. Send the right letter.
1. Record events, not tasks
Notedly asks what happened and when: the request was sent, the council wrote back, the draft arrived. From those dates it computes every statutory deadline for you, and tells you whose duty each one is.
2. Deadlines you can check
Every date shows the regulation it comes from, with a link to the law. Working-day deadlines skip weekends and England bank holidays. The app never guesses a date, and neither does the AI.
3. The plan checker
Upload a draft or final plan. It is tested against the Code of Practice, one check at a time, and each result quotes the passage that decided it. A gap is something you can ask the council to fix, and later ask the Tribunal to order.
4. Letters that cite the rules
Comments on a draft, a chase for an overdue decision, grounds of appeal. Drafted from your case facts and the law, then yours to edit. Nothing is sent without you.
5. Share it
Invite your partner or a family member to the case. Everyone sees the same timeline and deadlines.
